清心益智助眠药枕基础方对失眠小鼠心脏、肝脏及脑组织的影响
Effect of Qingxin nootropic sleep aid pillow basic formula on the heart,liver and brain tissues of insomnia mice

Abstract
[Objectives]The paper was to elucidate the efficacy of the basic formula of Qingxin nootropic sleep aid pillow(Jiaotai pill,Erzhi pill and smart decoction)on insomnia mice.[Methods]The DL-4-chlorophenylalanine(PCPA)was used as an inducer to establish a mouse insomnia model,and the behavioral changes of mice were observed during the experiment,and the pathological and biochemical indexes such as malondialdehyde(MDA)content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in liver tissue,norepinephrine(NE)content in heart tissue and acetylcholine(Ach)content in brain tissue were measured by observing the pathological changes of heart,liver and brain tissues.The effect of the basic formula of drug pillow on PCPA-induced insomnia model mice was preliminarily evaluated.[Results]The basic prescription of the drug pillow could improve the pathological changes of heart,liver and brain tissues of PCPA-induced insomnia mice.The SOD activity and Ach content in liver tissue of mice in the model group were significantly lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05),and the MDA content in the liver tissue and NE content in the heart tissue of the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group,indicating that the modeling was successful.The SOD activity in liver tissue and Ach content in brain tissue of mice in the basic formula group and the positive control group were significantly higher than those in the model group.The MDA content in liver tissue and NE content in heart tissue of mice in the basic formula group and the positive control group were significantly lower than those in the model group.[Conclusions]The basic prescription of the drug pillow could effectively improve the sleep quality of PCPA-induced insomnia mice,and significantly increase the SOD activity in liver tissue,the content of Ach in brain tissue,and reduce MDA content in liver tissue and the content of NE in heart tissue.关键词
