摘要

Abstract

[Objectives]In order to explore the effects of exogenous organic carbon application on obstacle of continuous corn cropping,different continuous cropping field(5-30 a)with modified furfural residue application were studied.[Methods]Through field experiment and high-throughput sequencing,the structure and functionality of rhizosphere microbiome were determined,and the mechanism of continuous cropping obstacles and mitigation factors were analyzed.[Results]The rhizosphere microbial community diversity significantly decreased and the microbial community structure orienteering changed.The secondary pathways representing functional genetic information processing,metabolic processes,cellular processes,signal transduction mechanisms and defense mechanisms decreased significantly,and microbial functions changed with continuous cropping.While application of furfural residue improved rhizosphere microbial community diversity and network complexity in continuous cropping field.The diversity index,common OTU and unique OTU increased significantly.Network edge and average increased either.The relative abundance of Lysobacter,Sphingomonas,Nitrospira,Bryobacter,Flavisolibacter,Adhaeribacter,Pseudarthrobacter,Ohtaekwangia,Pseudomonas,Chaetomium and Trichoderma increased.While the relative abundance of the pathogenic Penicillium,Aspergillus,Verticillium,Alternaria and Microdochium decreased.[Conclusions]Modified furfural residue application mediated continuous corn cropping,increased beneficial microorganisms,decreased pathogenic microorganisms,rhizosphere microbial community reassembled,rhizosphere microbial diversity and network complexity increased,and function of rhizosphere bacteria significantly improved,which greatly eliminated the negative effects of continuous cropping of corn seed production,thus,the obstacles can be alleviated.
