Abstract
News and publicity work has become an important manifestation of the soft power of research institutes,which also has significant implications for promoting the transfer of scientific and technological achievements,popularizing scientific knowledge,enhancing the influence of the research institutes,and creating a favorable innovation ecosystem.This paper summarized the experience and analyzed the shortcomings of the news propaganda.And it found that the institutes had a high understanding of the importance of news propaganda,an orderly news propaganda mechanism and incentive mechanism,and also a good working foundation and development potential.At the same time,there were also problems such as insufficient propaganda awareness,lack of top-level design,insufficient proactive planning,the need to enhance the capabilities of the propaganda team,and insufficient attention and follow-up research on the effectiveness of news propaganda.Facing the new period,new situation and new requirements,news propaganda needs to further emphasize the political nature,grasp the timeliness and advocate innovation.In view of the problems found in the investigation,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the capacity building of news propaganda,such as improving the news propaganda system and mechanism,strengthening top-level design and planning,improving the ability of news propaganda team,and expanding diversified channels of propaganda.关键词
