ANALYSIS OF ACCOMMODATION DIFFICULTIES FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS AND EXPLORATION OF MANAGEMENT OPTIMIZATION STRATEGIES

Abstract
With the continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment in China,the phenomenon of insufficient accommodation space is widespread in various universities.This issue has become an obstacle to the high-quality development of postgraduate education.Therefore,this research combined the case of postgraduate education in an agricultural research unit to analyze the current situation of insufficient accommodation space for postgraduate students,analyzed the reasons,forms,and hidden dangers of insufficient accommodation space,and proposed corresponding solutions,aiming to provide a reference for the development of postgraduate education in China and promote the reform and improvement of the education technology talent system and mechanism.At the same time,the training units should pay more attention to the construction and management of postgraduate student apartments,support the construction of student dormitories through multiple channels,optimize the functional settings of student dormitories,strengthen the cultivation of students'good health habits and healthy lifestyle,create a good education environment,and strive to build student dormitories into an important position to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and carry out the"San Quan Education",so as to provide strong support for building a powerful country of education and talent.关键词
