我国科研院所党建工作研究现状与热点趋势
RESEARCH STATUS AND HOT TRENDS OF PARTY BUILDING WORK IN CHINESE RESEARCH INSTITUTES

Abstract
Taking the literature on the theme of"Research Institutes+Party Building"in China National Knowledge Infrastructure from 2015 to 2024 as the research object,CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the characteristics,hotspots,and development trends of the literature.Research found that the overall trend of publications on the theme of"Research Institutes+Party building"was stable;The overall citation volume showed an increasing trend.The theme research content in the past 10 years could be roughly divided into three important stages:the first stage was the development of Party building work,existing problems,improvement measures,etc;The second stage was the continuous deepening and refinement of research on Party building work,as well as the comprehensive enrichment of one's own business;At present,the focus is mainly on standardization construction and Party building guidance.The results indicate that the quantity and quality of Party building projects need to be improved,cooperation between different authors or institutions needs to be strengthened,and the trends and hotspots of thematic research still need to be further focused.Therefore,the Party building work of research institutes should always revolve around their main responsibilities and businesses,to ensure the deep integration of Party building work with the innovative development of science and technology.关键词
