Abstract
Archival work is an important basic and service work for agricultural scientific research institutes.Archival work is a very important work,mainly because archival work is a basic work,experience can be summarized,laws can be recognized,history can be continued,the development of various undertakings,are inseparable from archives.At present,archives are in a critical period of innovation-driven,transformation and development.Creating a high-quality and efficient modern electronic archival work system and better serving the development of agricultural industry,has become an era issue facing archival work.Taking the Tea Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper discussed the importance of modernization of archival work in agricultural research institutes in the new era,analyzed the problems existing in the current work in combination with specific practice,and put forward suggestions on improving the construction of archives mechanism,enhancing the awareness of archival management,constructing archival talent team,integrating and opening up archives and office systems,to realize the standardization,scientific and information management of archives in agricultural research institutes and improve the modernization level of archival work.关键词
