廉政风险防控的PDCA循环应用实践研究
ANALYSIS ON THE PRACTICE OF PDCA CYCLE IN THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INTEGRITY RISKS IN AGRICULTURAL SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTES

Abstract
Strengthening the prevention and control of clean government risks is an important measure to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thought on the Party's self-revolution and to promote the comprehensive and in-depth development of strict Party governance.By introducing the risk management theory and modern quality management methods(PDCA cycle theory)into the construction of the prevention and control of clean government risks in agricultural scientific research institutes,and taking the empirical investigation of 1 146 cadres and employees in a certain agricultural scientific research institute as an example,this paper analyzed the practice of the prevention and control of clean government risks from the aspects of Plan,Do,Check and Action,clarified the links of management optimization,and put forward the path of optimizing the"full-cycle management"of clean government risks.And four interrelated management mechanisms were employed,including emphasizing process management to strengthen risk and hidden danger governance,adopting dynamic management to strengthen precise prevention and control measures,using pressure transmission to enhance grassroots responsiveness,and empowering governance efficiency through digital reform,to further enhance the quality and effectiveness of supervision in key areas and critical links,effectively prevent the prevention and control of clean government risks and deepen the achievements of the prevention and control of clean government risks,so as to provide practical inspiration for promoting the construction of the prevention and control of clean government risks in agricultural scientific research institutes.关键词
