Abstract
At present,agricultural scientific research in China is in a state of rapid development,and the number of projects undertaken by agricultural scientific research institutes is increasing year by year.This poses new requirements for agricultural scientific research management.To ensure the orderly progress of scientific research projects,the high-quality output of research results,and the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements,it is necessary for grassroots agricultural research institutes to focus on the process management of scientific research projects.The process management of agricultural scientific research projects has its complexity and particularity,and it is a participatory management model.Taking the work practice of the Institute of Sandy Land Control and Utilization of Liaoning Province as an example,this research started from the business of agricultural scientific research management,determined the elements of project process management as"planning,finance,progress,results,evaluation,and feedback",and clarified the characteristics of project process management as"internal linkage,real-time dynamic,risk control,timely and appropriate,and positive evaluation".And it elaborated on the necessity of scientific research project management as"promoting the efficiency of scientific research fund utilization,ensuring the output of project target results,facilitating the establishment of a scientific research integrity system,promoting the establishment of disciplinary platforms,and facilitating the formation of a benign scientific research evaluation system".It is expected to provide a reference for improving the efficiency of project management in grassroots agricultural scientific research institutes.关键词
