Abstract
The non PVA sizing process of high-density varieties of warp Tencel and weft pure cotton is mainly studied from the aspects of size selection,sizing formula,etc.Experiments show that using a high concentration and low viscosity polyacrylamide copolymer of 52%,a multi-component modified starch of 43%,an anti-static agent of 1.5%,and a combination of 3.5%wax flakes,the final sizing quality is excellent,and the fabric efficiency reaches 90%or above,re-ducing weaving defects and achieving green and environmentally friendly sizing of Tencel yarn.关键词
