摘要
Abstract
The issue of liability for textile and clothing products involves the protection of consumer rights,corporate legal responsibility,and the maintenance of market order.With the rapid development of the textile and clothing industry,product liability disputes have become frequent and legal application issues have become increasingly complex.Therefore,it is necessary to start with the legal definition of liability for textile and clothing products,analyzes its application in laws and regulations such as the"Civil Code of the People's Republic of China"and the"Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality",explores the legal risks of enterprises in product design,production,and sales,and proposes corresponding preventive measures,so as to provide legal guidance for textile and garment enterprises.关键词
