Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of femoral neek dynamic cross screw system and hollow compression screw in pationts with femoral neck fracture.Methods:Data of sixty patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to Shougang Shuigang Hospital from July 2022 to Januroy 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients had received surgical treatment in our hospital and were in the follow-up period.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with hollow compression screw,and the study group was treated with femoral neck dynamic cross screw system.All patients were followed up for 9 months.The operative indexes,postoperative clinical indexes,the occurrence of complications and hip function were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative fluoroscopy times were less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Two days after surgery,compared with the control group,the Pain Visual Analogue Score of the study group was lower and the fracture henling time was shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there were no statistically significant differences in the length of hospital stay and Garden index 1 week after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Six and nine months after surgery,the Harris Hip Scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Femoral neck dynamic cross screw system can shorten the operation time,reduce the number of fluoroscopy,reduce postoperative pain degree,accelerate the fracture healing time of patients,better improve the hip function of patients,and have high treatment safety.关键词
