Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)technique combined with locking plate in the treatment of patients with distal tibial fractures.Methods:A total of 72 patients with distal tibial fracture admitted to Chaoyi Hospital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture from March 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with locking plate internal fixation,and the study group was treated with MIPPO technique combined with locking plate.Fracture healing,perioperative indexes,the occurrence of complications and ankle joint function were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter,with statistical significance(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of fracture healing in the study group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.77%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society ankle-posterior foot function score in both groups were higher than those before suryey,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.78%,which was lower than 25.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPPO technique combined with locking plate can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten hospital stay,improve fracture healing and reduce complication rate in patients with distal tibial fracture.关键词
