Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous bone cement vertebroplasty combined with Shangke Jiegu Tablets in elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture admitted to Luoding Sixth People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a conventional group and an experimental group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with percutaneous bone cement vertebroplasty,and the experimental group was treated with Shangke Jiegu Tablets on the basis of the conventional group.The treatment effect,vertebral height,Cobb angle,bone mineral density,the occurrence of complications and postoperative pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Eight weeks after surgery,the vertebral body height of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the Cobb angle was lower than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Eight weeks after surgery,the bone mineral density levels of femoral neck,greater trochanter and intertrochanter in the experimental groups were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 10.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 and 24 h after surgery,the pain visual analogue scale scores of the experimental groups were lower than those of the conventional groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shangke Jiegu Tablets combined with percutaneous bone cement vertebroplasty can effectively improve the structure of thoracolumbar vertebrae in elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures,enhance bone mineral density,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which has high application value.关键词
