改良易筋经疗法在中风患者上肢康复中的应用效果分析
Analysis of the Application Effect of Improved Yijinjing Therapy in Upper Limb Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of improved Yijinjing therapy in upper limb rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 138 stroke patients admitted to the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Binchuan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 69 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received modified Yijinging therapy.Both groups were treated 28 d.Limb function,daily living ability,muscle strength and joint motion were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,both groups showed an increase in Fugl-Meyer Assessment scores compared to before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel Index scores of both groups were increased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the range of motion for joint flexion and abduction in both groups were increased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improvd Yijinjing therapy for stroke patients is beneficial for the recovery of upper limb function,improving daily living ability and upper limb muscle strength,increasing joint mobility,and has practical value.关键词
