Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Butylphthalide Injection in the treatment of middle cerebral artery(MCA)ischemic stroke.Methods:Data of 90 MCA ischemic stroke patients admitted to Yishui County Second People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were retrospectively analysed,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Butylphthalide Injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated 4 weekds.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,infarction area,serum inflammatory factor,cerebral blood flow indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 91.11%,which was higher than 75.56%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the cerebral infarction size was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,malondialdehyde and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocities of anterior,middle and posterior cerebral artery of the study group were faster than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 13.33%,compared with 6.67%in the control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of Butylphthalide Injection in MCA ischemic stroke patients is significant,which can effectively improve the blood flow velocity,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,reduce the cerebellar infarction area,promote the recovery of neurological function,and the drug is safe.关键词
