二甲双胍对2型糖尿病合并胃癌患者术后生存情况的影响观察
Effect of Metformin on Survival of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Gastric Cancer after Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of metformin as hypoglycemic agent in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 76 patients with type 2 diabetescumplic ated with gastric cancer admitted to Shangrao Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with surgery combined with chemotherapy.on this basis,the control group was treated with Insuliny and the study group was treated with Metformin.Both groups were followed up for 18 months.Blood glucose indexes,tumor markers,the occurrence of complications,survival and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of operation,2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,carbohydrate antigen 125,carbohydrate antigen 19-9 and alpha-fetoprotein in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,the differences in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.63%,which was lower than 21.05%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survival rate of the study group was 94.74%,which was higher than 73.69%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,2 and 3 months after operation,the scores of European Organization for Research Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative treatment with Metformin can effectively control blood sugar,reduce tumor marker level,effectively reduce postoperative complication rate,improve patient survival rate,and improve quality of life.关键词
