摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on liver injury in patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods:Data of 100 acute cholecystitis patients who underwent surgical treatment in Zichuan District Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different surgical protocols, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open cholecystectomy, while the study group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Liver function indexes, stress response and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase levels between the two groups on day 1 and 5 after surgery(P>0.05);the serum C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute cholecystitis does not cause serious liver injury, and can reduce CRP level, improve safety, and significantly improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
