Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of empathy nursing combined with high quality nursing on the treatment compliance and rehabilitation effect of army rehabilitation convalescents after fracture surgery.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2022,102 Military rehabilitation convalesents after firactue surgery in Tianjin Rehabilitation and Convalescend Center were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The self protective ability,quality of life,exercise compliance,rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Enhanced Self-Care Ability score of all dimensions in both groups were higher than those of before intervention,and the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 score of all dimensions in both groups were higher than those of before intervention,and the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The exercise compliance rate of the study group was 98.03%,which was higher than 86.27%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the Berg Balance Scale score and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment score in both groups were higher than those of before intervention,and the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathy nursing combined with high quality nursing can help to improve the rehabilitation effect,the quality of life and self-care ability,and improve the rehabilitation exercise compliance of the convalesents,which has good promotion and application value.关键词
