摘要

Abstract

Precision diagnosis of tumors aims to enhance treatment outcomes for patients and alleviate the burden on healthcare systems through personalized therapeutic approaches.Biopsy techniques form the cornerstone of cancer diagnosis.Given the complexity of tumor biology,patients of-ten undergo a multimodal diagnostic process involving ima-ging,pathology,genomics,and liquid biopsies to obtain more precise disease information.Furthermore,with disease pro-gression and extended follow-up,patients'medical data expo-nentially increases and exhibit high heterogeneity,intensifying the challenges of data analysis.The integration of digital technologies offers feasible solutions to these challenges.Digital bi-opsy,as a product of the convergence of digital technologies and medicine,is gradually evolving into a key driver of future advancements in precision medicine.This review elaborates on the concept and primary classifications of digital biopsy,high-lights its key advantages in the precision diagnosis and treatment of tumors,and discusses its future development directions,aiming to provide theoretical insights for in-depth research and clinical practice in this field.
