基于ANSYS Workbench的自走式残膜回收机机架有限元分析
Finite element analysis of self-propelled residual film recovery machine frame based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract
In order to verify the reliability of the frame of the self-propelled residual film recovery machine,the frame of the machine was taken as the research object,and SolidWorks was used to establish the three-dimensional digital model of the frame,and the simplified model was imported into ANSYS workbench for finite element analysis.Through different constraints and load settings,each working condition of the whole machine was simulated,and the finite element model of the frame was statically analyzed to obtain the loading condition of the frame under each working condition.Modal analysis was carried out to extract the first 6 natural frequencies and modal shapes of the frame.The results showed that the equivalent stress of the frame under the three conditions were 126.240,176.365 and 115.61 MPa respectively,which did not exceed the allowable stress of the material,and the deformation was reasonable with meeting the strength and stiffness requirements of the frame.Modal analysis showed that the operating frequency of the spinner,engine and fan was close to the first and second order natural frequency 29.65,35.28 Hz,which was easy to cause local resonance of the frame and affect the reliability of the whole machine.The research can provide reference for the optimization design of the frame vibration reduction of self-propelled residual film recovery machine.关键词
