绿肥开沟机机架结构有限元分析
Finite element analysis of the structure of green manure ditching machine
摘要
Abstract
The general area for green manure seed production in the south is usually paddy fields after the autumn harvest.Due to the common sticky and wet soil of paddy fields,although green manure has strong vitality,it is not tolerant to water.To facilitate drainage operations during the green manure period in paddy fields,and in line with actual agricultural requirements,a paddy field green manure furrower was designed.The overall structure of the machine was designed and assembled,and the 3D model of the green manure ditching machine was created by using SolidWorks.Moreover,the finite element analysis of the three-point hitch device and the frame of the green manure ditching machine was carried out by using ANSYS software.The static analysis determined the deformation and stress conditions of the three-point hitch device and the frame,and the dynamic analysis obtained the first six-order natural frequencies and vibration modes when fixed constraints were applied,providing a certain theoretical basis for the structural optimization design of the tractor's three-point hitch device and the frame.关键词
