摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of low picking efficiency of blueberry fruit device,a harvesting vibration mechanism based on double eccentric structure was designed.The coaxial rotating centrifugal vibration system was adopted.The eccentric power block was used to drive the outer shell to rotate,and the vibration finger was driven to realize compound movement.Based on the dynamic changes of fruit quality and stalk length during the ripening process of blueberry,a dynamic model was established to analyze the relationship between vibration frequency and stalk shedding force.According to the motion characteristics of the eccentric block,the changes of angular velocity and angular acceleration are studied.The experimental results showed that the device was driven by the motor to rotate the eccentric wheel,and uses the centrifugal moment of the eccentric block and the tension force of the belt brake to realize the rotary reciprocating vibration,and outputs different amplitudes and frequencies through the tension force of the belt brake and the quantity and quality of the eccentric block,which provides a suitable picking device for the mechanized harvesting of blueberries and other small berries.
