基于古今医案云平台分析张洪春教授治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的用药规律
Professor Zhang Hongchun's Medication Rule in Treating Patients with Cough Vari-ant Asthma Based on Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Cases

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication rule of Professor Zhang Hongchun in the treatment of cough va-riant asthma(CVA)based on the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical cases.Methods The prescriptions of Pro-fessor Zhang Hongchun in the treatment of patients with CVA were collected and organized,and the drugs in the prescrip-tions were standardized to establish a database.The medication frequency,taste,meridian tropism,clustering,correlation,and complex network analysis were performed on the prescriptions in the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical ca-ses.Results A total of 148 prescriptions were included,containing 119 traditional Chinese medicines.Commonly used medicines included perilla leaves,Flos Farfarae,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,perilla fruit,Herba Ephedrae,Radix et Rhizoma Asaris,cicada slough,great burdock achene,and Radix Scutellariae.The main functions of drugs were to clear heat,improve throat function,and dissipate phlegm.The main properties of drugs were warm,cold,and mild.The high-fre-quency drug combinations were Herba Ephedrae,perilla leaves,perilla fruit,Flos Farfarae,cicada slough,and great burdock achene.The correlation mining between high-frequency drug combinations and gender found that the frequency of prescri-bing cogon grass rhizome,Radix Scutellariae and cogon grass rhizome,and nutgrass galingale rhizome in female patients was significantly higher than that in male patients.Clustering analysis was performed to obtain four drug combinations.Conclusion Zhang Hongchun's treatment of CVA is based on the basic formula of Herba Ephedrae,perilla leaves,perilla fruit,Flos Farfarae,Radix et Rhizoma Asaris,cicada slough,and great burdock achene,with the characteristics of focusing on heat and clod and regulating spleen and stomach.It achieves the effects of dispersing wind and exhaling the lungs to re-lieve asthma,as well as regulating the spleen and stomach to stop coughing and dissipate phlegm.关键词
