明代新安名医孙一奎诊治喘证学术思想浅析
Academic Thought of Xin'an Renowned Doctor SUN Yikui in the Ming Dynasty on Diagnosis and Treatment of Asthma Syndrome

Abstract
Asthma syndrome is a respiratory disease characterized by symptoms such as shortness of breath,wheezing,and cough.SUN Yikui has unique insights into the etiology of asthma syndrome and a wealth of experience in its treatment.He believes that the invasion of external pathogens and the imbalance of organ functions are the primary causes of asthma syndrome,with dysfunction of the lung,spleen,and kidney being particularly prominent.SUN Yikui's approach to treating asthma syndrome is marked by his theoretical innovations.He has proposed the treatment principle that"lungs must be treated in the case of asthma,and consequently,kidneys must be treated".This principle has provided an important theoretical foundation for subsequent generations of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioners in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma syndrome.In his prescription formulation,SUN Yikui adheres to the principle of"treating according to the syndrome",often using moderate,balanced drugs and emphasizing the protection of the body's healthy qi.This article focuses on analyzing SUN Yikui's academic thought on the diagnosis and treatment of asthma syndrome,with the aim of providing guidance for clinical practice.关键词
