针灸治疗阿尔兹海默病机制研究的可视化分析
Mechanism of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease Based on CiteSpace Visualization

Abstract
Objective To analyze the development status and emerging research hotspots of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment mechanisms for Alzheimer's disease(AD)using CiteSpace visualization.Methods Relevant litera-ture published between January 1985 and October 2023 was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database.The eligible documents were analyzed using CiteSpace software for trends in publication,institutions,authors,co-cita-tions,and keywords.Results A total of 171 articles were included,showing an upward trend in the number of publica-tions.The author collaboration map involved 182 authors,forming five major research teams.The institutional collaboration map contained 114 nodes,with the highest number of publications from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Seven arti-cles were identified as having significant reference value.The keyword co-occurrence analysis identified 231 nodes,which formed 10 clusters.Conclusion The CiteSpace visualization shows that research on acupuncture and moxibustion treat-ment mechanisms for AD is steadily progressing.The key research hotspots in this field include"Aβ deposition,neuroin-flammation,autophagy,glucose metabolism,gut-brain axis,signaling pathways,and protein kinases".Future studies could focus on these areas to further advance the field.关键词
