基于骨伤经典文献考掘的骨质疏松中医外治思路探微
Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment of Osteoporosis Based on Classical Literature of Bone Injury

Abstract
Objective With the aging population,osteoporosis has become a significant public health issue in China.This article aims to explore external treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for osteoporosis,with the goal of providing new comprehensive treatment options for clinical practice.Methods Starting from the TCM concept of"internal and external treatment in combination",this article delves into ancient texts,combining clinical thinking from the"five body constituents"theory,to analyze the directions and effective treatment targets for TCM external treatment.By reviewing and statistically analyzing ancient literature,specific drugs such as Drynariae Rhizoma,Rehmanniae Radix,Puer-ariae Lobatae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,and Sinapis Semen are listed,alongside relevant meridians,collaterals,and acupoints,to discuss key treatment targets for external treatment.Additionally,the function of the Baduanjin exercise(Seven Bumps on the Back Cure All Diseases)is analyzed,examining its relevance to the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.Results Based on the examination of classical texts on bone injury,a three-dimensional approach to TCM external treatment for osteoporosis was established.By organizing ancient literature and combining it with modern medical empirical research,a series of targeted traditional techniques and drug applications were proposed.Conclusion This approach effectively com-plements the shortcomings of Western medicine and TCM internal medication in the treatment of osteoporosis.It provides a new perspective for clinical bone injury practice,offering a comprehensive treatment plan with significant reference value.关键词
