Abstract

Wind-photovoltaic-pumped storage integrated generation system is an effective measure to improve the stability of wind-photovoltaic integrated power system and promote the consumption of new energy.The model employs the Copula function to simulate wind and photovoltaic forecast output scenarios,and the Latin hypercube sampling method to generate power system load demand forecast scenarios.The K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the number of wind-photovoltaic and power system load demand scenarios.By minimizing the fluctuations between the integrated system's grid power and the power system's load demand as objective,an optimal scheduling model for the integrated generation system based on output-load scenario generation is constructed.The Black-winged Kite Optimization Algorithm(BKA),which integrates leader strategy and Cauchy mutation strategy,is used to simulate the operation scheme of the integrated power generation system during the scheduling period.The case study result shows that,when configuring a pumped-storage station for the wind-photovoltaic system and optimizing the combined power system with BKA,the grid power of integrated power generation system can better follow the power system load demand forecast and the power fluctuation is reduced from 490 MW in the wind-photovoltaic system to 30 MW,and the ability to utilize renewable energy is significantly enhanced and the daily cumulative abandoned power is reduced from 5 218 MW to 605 MW,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and the applicability of the algorithm.
