基于正交设计的Ⅲ级围岩相似材料配比试验研究
Experimental Study on the Mix Proportion of Similar Materials for Grade Ⅲ Surrounding Rock Based on Orthogonal Design

Abstract
In order to prepare a similar material that can simulate Grade Ⅲ surrounding rock,a new type of surrounding rock similar material is developed using quartz sand,barite powder,gypsum powder,white cement,silicone oil and water as raw materials.A total of 16 orthogonal experimental schemes are developed by setting four factors of sand to aggregate ratio,gypsum content,white cement content and water content,with four levels for each factor.The uniaxial compression tests and direct shear tests on the samples are conducted to obtain physical and mechanical parameters at different ratios,and the range analysis method is used for sensitivity analysis.The results indicate that the sand to aggregate ratio is the main control factor for the weight,the gypsum content is the main control factor for compressive strength,elastic modulus and internal friction angle,and the white cement is the main control factor of cohesion.The mix proportion of similar material that can better simulate the Grade Ⅲ surrounding rock is quartz sand:barite powder:gypsum powder:white cement:water:silicone oil=34.4:51.6:4:1:8:1.关键词
