基于网络药理学研究参芪扶正注射液调节免疫的作用机制
The Mechanism of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in Regulating Immunity Based on Network Pharmacology

Abstract
Based on network pharmacology,this study explored the mechanism of action of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in regulating immunity.The TCMSP(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform)database was used to collect the chemical composition of Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus and to predict the targets of the composition-al action.GeneCards,GeneMap,and TTD(Therapeutic Target Database)databases were used to search for immune-related targets with the keyword"immunity".Cytoscape 3.9.1 software was used to build an"active ingredient-target"network.The String data platform is used to build visualized protein interaction analyses.In order to further explore the mechanism of immune modulation of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection,the DAVID database was used to perform pathway enrichment analysis of the target.The results showed that Shenqi Fuzheng Injection contained 64 active ingredients and predicted 143 potential targets,including core targets such as AKT1,TNF,TP53,IL6,ESR1,etc.The results of GO(Gene Ontology)analysis and KEGG(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Ge-nomes)pathway analysis showed that the signaling pathways that Shenqi Fuzheng Injection may regulate are mainly related to can-cer pathway,blood lipid and atherosclerosis,prostate cancer,hepatitis B,hepatitis C,etc.The results showed that Shenqi Fuzheng In-jection may play its immunomodulatory role by acting on core targets to regulate multiple signaling pathways.关键词
