Abstract
To solve the problems of difficult cost and inaccurate cost estimation in general contracting projects,this software stores the equipment and material procurement prices of completed projects in a network database.When conducting cost estimation for a new project,it can automatically match the closest equipment and material parameters for pricing and estimate the project cost.This can not only save a great deal of time on price inquiry and comparison,but also improve the cost quality and accurately estimate the cost,providing strong support for the general contracting quotation of engineering projects.At the same time,for completed projects,a price regression analysis of the settlement contract price by specialty and main item can be carried out to compare and analyze the differences in the budget price,thus accumulating experience for future projects.关键词
