Abstract
In recent years,high-intensity work in high-temperature environments has frequently led to incidents of heatstroke and even death among workers.The current cooling garments on the market suffer from issues such as being cumbersome and having short cooling durations.To address these problems,a type of portable,practical,and temperature-controllable semiconductor water cooling garment has been designed.The cooling garment cools the water in the tank through semiconductor cooling plate,then cold water exchanges heat with the human body and takes away the heat from the human body.Experiments demonstrate that the temperature and cooling power,as well as the operating frequency can be controlled via hardware.When the set temperature is above 0℃,the actual temperature deviates from the set temperature by 0~2℃.After wearing the cooling vest,there is a significant temperature difference between the water inlet and outlet,with a notable increase in the temperature difference at both ends.The wearer experiences a suitable level of subjective thermal comfort,effectively reducing the risk of heat stress reactions.The above results provide a reference for further research on liquid-cooled cooling garments.关键词
