Fixed/Specified Time Synchronization of Inertial Neural Networks and Application in Medical Image Encryption

Abstract
In this paper,the fixed time/specified time synchronization of Inertial Neural Networks is studied under a unified control framework and applied to medical image encryption.Based on the variable substitution method,the synchronization controller under the unified framework is designed by using the fixed time stability theory,and the sufficient conditions for the network to achieve fixed time/specified time synchronization are derived.The study reveals that only by adjusting the control gain of the controller,the fixed time/specified time synchronization of the network can be realized.The validity of the theoretical analysis is verified by numerical simulation with MATLAB.Furthermore,with the help of fixed-time synchronization control theory,a medical image encryption algorithm is proposed,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by experiments.关键词
