Lightweight and Application Development of Digital Exhibition Halls Based on Web3D

Abstract
Numerous existing exhibition halls,such as museums,science and technology museums,and cultural centers,have carried out 3D digital development practices using Unreal Engine.The traditional process requires complete 3D modeling and consumes a large amount of computing power.As a result,digital exhibition halls are difficult to run on lightweight interactive devices such as smartphones and smart tablets,making it impossible for them to be widely promoted.Taking the Cultural Center of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture as an example,this paper proposes a front-end and back-end collaborative rendering mechanism.It fully utilizes the performance of the Web front-end and improves the development process of Unreal Engine 5.A lightweight Web3D method is designed to deploy a digital exhibition hall with complex 3D models to run on the Web.This enables equivalent high-concurrency operation on both PC and mobile platforms and is applied in development practice.关键词
