"水-能源-粮食"纽带视角下黄河流域数字经济的绿色作用机制研究
Green Effect of Digital Economy from a Water-energy-food Nexus Perspective in China's Yellow River Basin

Abstract
The new quality productivity is the green productivity,with a significant increase in the total factor productivity.The Yellow River Basin is a region with prominent and concentrated contradictions in a water-energy-food linkage system.Can the digital economy promote green productivity in the Yellow River Basin while improving economic innovation?Based on the review of the influencing mechanism of the digital economy(DE)on urban Green Total Factor Productivity(GTFP)and the data of 60 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2000 to 2020,this paper explores the influencing mechanism of DE on GFTP using the methods of variation spatial panel model.The conclusions are as below.Firstly,the digital economy and green development in the Yellow River Basin exhibit a clear two-stage characteristic,and exhibit a relatively stable center-external distribution pattern with Lanzhou,Xi'an,Zhengzhou,Taiyuan,and Jinan as the center.Secondly,the impact of the digital economy on green development has a significant non-linear growth trend,with an inverted U-shaped relationship.Thirdly,the driving role of the digital economy in promoting green development is enhanced with the improvement of economic development,FDI,government preferences and enterprise green innovation.Finally,regional heterogeneity indicates that the digital economy brings the digital dividends by promoting green growth in underdeveloped areas,and bridging the digital divide caused by productivity imbalances between different regions.The research conclusion provides theoretical support for empowering high-quality development of the digital economy in the Yellow River Basin.关键词
