摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of economic globalization and e-commerce,the logistics companies are paying more and more attention to the management of distribution process.Since the distribution driver is the intermediate link between companies and customers,who plays a pivotal role in improving service quality,optimizing distribution and consolidation becomes an increasingly significant research direction.However,existing studies mainly focus more on developing functions quantifying the distribution drivers'satisfaction by working time(or workload),than on which factors affect the satisfaction and which elements comprise them.Therefore,the aim of this paper is to study vehicle routing while considering the drivers'satisfaction in order to improve service quality and distribution efficiency,so that the companies providing such services would make informative decisions. The main contribution of this paper is as follows:(1)From the perspective of incentive utility,the utility function of the driver is constructed from four aspects:cooperation,training level,salary and work intensity,all of which are embedded into the vehicle routing problem.Considering the actual behavior in the distribution process and on the premise of achieving the customer's satisfaction,a multi-objective vehicle routing optimiza-tion model is built taking into account costs and the satisfaction with drivers,which can motivate them to be filled with working enthusiasm,enriching and perfecting the theory system of logistics and distribution.(2)According to the solution requirements of the model,on the basis of strategies such as target node selection,search space reduction,random variation and integration of other algorithms,an improved ant colony optimization,IACO is proposed,which can effectively prevent partial optimization and greatly speed up the search process,so as to provide a new approach to vehicle routing optimization and a new tool for seeking the solution of NP-hard problem. IACO,improved ant colony optimization,improved genetic algorithm,improved tabu search algorithm,and improved particle swarm optimization are all used to solve the Benchmark Problem.The experimental results show that IACO is very competitive in dealing with the complex problem of the vehicle routing model.Furthermore,specific examples are designed based on the actual data of companies,and the proposed method in this paper and the existing methods are all used to solve the problem,the results of which are compared.The analysis shows that at an expense of a certain cost as it is,the satisfaction of both the driver and customer is improved,and the total length of the delivery route has been reduced.Therefore,the proposed method in this paper is more practical.In addition,although distribution operation companies increase a certain cost in a short term,while for a long term strategy,this can motivate the driver's enthusiasm and sense of belonging,thereby reducing the turnover of employee,which is conducive to sustainable development of the company. For the convenience of research,it is assumed in this paper that a single distribution center and the same vehicle will distribute similar products.In practice,distribution activities may involve multiple distribution centers,multiple vehicles and multiple products,so further research will be conducted in the future.
