Abstract
In order to improve the flame retardant and UV protection of pure cotton tooling fabric,cationic guar gum(CG)and phytic acid(PA)were used as flame retardants,and the fabric was treated by electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly method.Then,benzotriazole(BTA)ultraviolet agent was used to perform UV pro-tection combined finishing on the flame retardant fabric.The apparent morphology,chemical structure,tensile properties,thermal stability,limiting oxygen index,vertical combustion performance,UV protection,moisture absorption of the fabric were tested.The results showed that after flame retardant,and flame retardant with UV protection combined finishing,grooves appeared on the cotton fiber,twisted and contracted,and the sur-face of the cotton fiber was covered with particulate matter.The thermal stability of the fabric was improved after flame retardant finishing.When the number of assembly layers was 8 LBL,the breaking strength of the fabric decreased by 14.34%,the elongation at break increased by 49.91%,and the LOI increased to 26.3%.When the concentration of ultraviolet agent was 80 g/L,the UPF of the fabric was 51.97,and the moisture ab-sorption and diffusion performance decreased.关键词
