Abstract
A headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS)method was developed for the determination of 18 volatile organic compounds in textiles.After static headspace at 90℃ for 45 min,the samples were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.The test conditions were optimized,including equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time,chromato-graphic column,etc.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of 18 volatile organic com-pounds were all above 0.995,the detection limits of the method were 0.25-0.95 μg/g,the average recoveries of spiked samples were 77.50%-96.18%,and the relative standard deviations were all less than 5%.The meth-od had the advantages of accuracy,sensitivity,high precision and low detection limit.It has been applied to the actual textile detection and achieved good results.关键词
