新疆某地区牛场乳房炎病原菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验
Identification and Drug Susceptible Test of Mastitis Pathogens in a Cow Farm in Xinjiang

Abstract
To analyze the pathogenic microorganisms and drug resistance of mastitis in a scaled cow farm in Xinjiang,we tracked and collected 29 clinical mastitis cases from October 2023 to October 2024 and conducted pathogen identification and drug susceptible tests.The results showed that a total of 29 main pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 29 samples,including 6 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,11 strains of Escherichia coli,and 12 strains of Streptococcus.The drug sensitivity results showed that the resistance rate of the isolated bacteria to beta-lactam antibiotics was high,and the sensitivity rate to tetracycline,aminoglycoside,peptide,and sulfonamide antibiotics was 100%.The results indicated that the main pathogenic microorganisms causing clinical mastitis in the scaled cow farm in Xinjiang were Escherichia coli and Streptococcus,and that these drugs had a high sensitivity rate to tetracycline,aminoglycoside,peptide,and sulfonamide antibiotics.These results can provide reference for the rational treatment of mastitis in the farm.关键词
