基于网络药理学浅谈补脾健胃汤治疗羔羊腹泻的作用机理
A Brief Discussion on the Mechanism of Bupijianwei Decoction in Treating Lamb Diarrhea Based on Network Pharmacology

Abstract
To analyze the mechanism of Bupijianwei Decoction in the treatment of lamb diarrhea.Network pharmacology was used to analyze how to treat lamb diarrhea with spleen and stomach decoction.Bupijianwei Decoction contained 19 active chemical components and 174 drug targets,and a total of 893 targets related to lamb diarrhea were collected,among which PTGS2,TNF,NOS2,AKT1,IL6,CASP3,and PTGS1 were the key targets,and berberine,epiberberine,quercetin,kaempferol and berberine methyl contained more related gene targets.The pharmacological mechanism of action of Bupijianwei Decoction on lamb diarrhea is revealed.关键词
