摘要

Abstract

To understand the situation of ticks carrying spotted fever group Rickettsia in the border area of Aksu,a total of 192 ticks were collected.After morphological and molecular biological identification,the carriage of spotted fever group Rickettsia in different tick species was analyzed.The positive rate of spotted fever group Rickettsia detected in tick nucleic acids was 38.54%,with three types of spotted fever group Rickettsia detected:provisionally named Barbarin Rickettsia and Marseille Rickettsia found in Hyalomma asiaticum,and Siberian Rickettsia detected in Dermacentor marginatus.No spotted fever group Rickettsia was detected in Haemaphysalis parva,indicating that ticks in the border area of Aksu generally carry spotted fever group Rickettsia.Therefore,efforts to prevent and control ticks and tick-borne diseases should be strengthened.
