复方中草药对山羊血清生化指标及血清代谢组的影响
Effects of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on Serum Biochemical Indexes and Serum Metabolome of Goats
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of the compound Chinese herbal medicine(JYB)on the serum biochemical indexes and metabolome of goats,30 healthy female goats were randomly divided into two groups,the CK group was fed diets only,and the JYB group was fed diets containing 0.5%JYB;the test period was 42 d.At the end of the test,the serum biochemical indexes and metabolome of the goats were examined.The results showed that compared with the CK group,the serum total protein,albumin and globulin in the JYB group were significantly increased(P＜0.05),urea nitrogen decreased significantly(P＜0.05);A total of 12 differential metabolites were screened by serum metabolome analysis,which were mainly enriched in metabolism-related pathways such as Biosynthesis of alkaloids derived from ornithine,Protein digestion and absorption.JYB significantly promoted the synthesis of total serum protein in goats,which may be related to its influence on the metabolic pathways related to protein and lipid metabolism.关键词
