摘要

Abstract

The intestinal tract of equine animals contains a large number of microbiome,and these Gut microbiome play a vital role in the nutritional digestion and absorption as well as the immune function of equine animals.The misuse of antibiotics can lead to a series of hazards such as drug resistance and microecological disorders in the gastrointestinal tract.Compared with antibiotics,microecological modulator(probiotics,prebiotics,etc.)targeting the gut microbiome are safer and more reliable.Therefore,the study of gut microbiome and microecological modulator in equines can provide an important scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases in equines as well as for feed research and development.In this paper,the structure and function of the gut microbiome in equine animals and the efficacy of equine microecological modulator are summarized.
