Evaluation of the Immune Effect of Dairy Cow Nodular Dermatosis(Goat Pox Virus AV 41 Strain)Vaccine

Abstract
To understand the efficacy,adverse reactions,and immune antibody production of the bovine nodular skin disease(goat pox virus AV41 strain)vaccine in actual production,in order to provide scientific reference for production practice.48 cows with negative antibodies against nodular skin disease infection were selected as the experimental subjects in this experiment.The vaccine was administered by intramuscular injection,and the health status of the immunized cows was observed and recorded within 72 hours after vaccination.28 days of follow-up observation and regular testing were conducted.The results showed that,48 experimental cows were tested by ELISA,and the qualified rate of immune positivity was 70.83%after 14 days of initial immunization.The positive rate of immune antibodies increased to the highest 100%after 14 days of secondary immunization,and it was not until 60 days after secondary immunization that the positive rate of antibodies decreased to 93.75%.From the actual market price,vaccination method,and comprehensive evaluation of immune efficacy,it is suitable for the prevention of bovine nodular skin disease in production practice.关键词
