实验动物成年大鼠病理解剖塑化标本的制作研究
Studies on the Production of Plasticized Specimens for Pathological Anatomy of Adult Rats as Experimental Animals
摘要
Abstract
To study the technique of producing plasticized specimens for pathological dissection of adult rats for experimental animals.Plasticized specimens were produced after pathological dissection of adult rats for experimental purposes using bioplasticization technology.Plasticized specimens were successfully produced,which could clearly show the anatomical features and pathological changes of the diseased parts of the rats.The whole plasticized specimens of adult rats for pathological dissection of experimental animals provide intuitive and detailed morphological bases for the teaching of pathology,the study of disease mechanism and the research of drug development,etc.The present study accumulates valuable experience in the production of plasticized specimens of pathological dissections of experimental animals,and it is expected to promote the advancement and development of the related disciplines.关键词
