姜黄素对S.aureus引起的奶牛乳腺上皮细胞自噬、炎症和凋亡的影响
Effects of Curcumin on Autophagy,Inflammation and Apoptosis of Bovine Mammary Epithelial Cells Induced by S.aureus

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of curcumin in the physiology of S.aureus-infected bovine mammary epithelial cells.The effects of curcumin on autophagy,inflammatory response and apoptosis in bovine mammary epithelial cells after S.aureus infection were detected by immunofluorescence and Western blotting(WB).The results showed that the MOI of S.aureus was 8∶1,37℃for 2 h can effectively make S.aureus invade mammary epithelial cells,and S.aureus can prevent the degradation of autophagic vacuoles;after treatment with curcumin,the intracellular autophagy flux increased,mainly manifested in the increase of intracellular Beclin-1 and LC3 levels,and the decrease of P62 level;after treatment with curcumin,the level of intracellular pro-inflammatory factor IL-1β decreased,and the level of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 increased.At the same time,the use of curcumin can effectively alleviate the increase of apoptosis level caused by S.aureus.The results showed that curcumin had a therapeutic effect on the inflammation of bovine mammary epithelial cells caused by S.aureus.关键词
