摘要

Abstract

In order to further combine forage resources in Xinjiang to promote precise nutrition and efficient transformation of donkeys,35 eight-year-old healthy and non-pregnancy Jiangyue donkeys were selected and fed concentrate supplement under the same feeding conditions(69 days).The results showed:after fattening,4 body size indexes(body height,body length,chest circumference,tube circumference)and weight body of fattening non-pregnancy donkeys were very significantly or significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between body weight and 4 body size before and after the experiment.The annual estrus pregnancy rate of fattening group donkeys(43.66%)was higher than that in non-fattening group(35.96%).To sum up,the concentrate supplementation of this experiment can significantly promote the body weight and size of non-pregnancy Jiangyue donkey,and the fattening effect is obvious.Body height,body length,chest circumference and tube circumference are closely related to body weight,and can be used as important reference indexes to predict body weight of 8-year-old non-pregnancy donkeys.The experimental diet may help to improve the pregnancy rate.
