Abstract
In order to provide a scientific basis for the identification,utilization and breeding direction of Heihe local breed horses,and ensure that Heihe local breed horses can be rationally developed,utilized and protected,the body size and weight of the horses of the"Heihe horse"variety were measured in the experiment,and their grades were identified.The variance analysis of the statistical and measured data was carried out to analyze its potential production performance,and the horses were slaughtered to determine the quality of horse meat.The results showed that the membership function analysis of the five indexes of body length index,chest circumference index,tube circumference index,tube circumference chest circumference ratio and body weight of Heihe horses showed that the top three were A03,HA09 and A04.The indexes of horse meat except calcium content were similar,but the calcium content of B1 was significantly different from that of B2,was much lower than that of B2.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation of the first generation hybrid of Heihe horse and Ardennes horse was better than that of Heihe horse,and the breeding and improvement of Heihe horse varieties were realized.The hybrid improvement would reduce the calcium content in the meat of Heihe horse.关键词
