Research Progress on the Development and Regulation of Chicken Ovarian Follicles
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the physiological characteristics of each stage of avian follicle development and focuses on discussing the regulatory factors affecting the ovarian development process and their mechanisms of action.Growth differentiation factors GDF9 and BMP15 play significant roles in the proliferation and differentiation of chicken follicle granulosa cells;FOXL2 is mainly involved in maintaining follicular homeostasis and preventing premature ovulation.In addition,there are significant differences between mammals and avians in the regulatory mechanisms of aromatase genes during follicle development.These findings provide new perspectives for a deeper understanding of avian follicle development and lay a theoretical foundation for future improvements in avian breeding traits.By gaining a deeper understanding of these mechanisms,it can provide a theoretical basis for improving avian production performance and offer new ideas for the research on breeding high-reproductive-performance chicken breeds.关键词
