牧民数字技术参与的鸿沟与草原畜牧业的转型
Herders'digital Technology Participation Gap and the Transformation of Grassland Animal Husbandry
摘要
Abstract
The survey found that the use of digital technology by herdsmen showed regional differentiation,and the digital divide hindered the transformation of digital technology to production tools for some herdsmen.Further through the typical case study of Jimunai County,it is found that the application of digital technology can significantly improve the production and operation of grassland animal husbandry,but the popularization and application of digital technology are faced with many difficulties due to the educational level of herdsmen.Based on the experience of Wangyuan Company in Jimunai County,Xinjiang,the study proposed that"digital adaptation,digital literacy and digital platform"should be used to build a bridge for herdsmen to cross the digital divide and link up and promote the transformation and upgrading of grassland animal husbandry.关键词
