Abstract
Standards serve as crucial regulatory tools in promoting green,low-carbon,and high-quality development.As the largest manufacturing province,Shandong's total energy consumption and carbon emissions are among the highest in China.Therefore,it is urgent to clarify the status of innovative development of green and low-carbon standardization and provide necessary technical support for advancing Shandong's green and low-carbon development.This paper sorts out the standards development and revision of international standardization organizations,the European Union,and domestic standardization technical organizations,as well as Shandong's participation in standardization.It conducts a comparative analysis of domestic and international methods of carbon emission,providing a reference for the establishment of a carbon emission accounting system and facilitating carbon reduction.关键词
